This is a special 10-32 X .590 socket head cap screw made in the USA using Grade 8 steel with black oxide finish.  It is a part we have supplied for many years on a blanket as-released purchase order basis, typically holding 6-12 months of supply at all times to allow for maximum flexibility to our customer.
