These are custom rush order u bolts made using 304 stainless steel material.  Our customer was in a huge rush and we had to get these custom square u bolts made within 2-3 days of order and shipped via next day air.  50 pieces were produced on time as promised and shipped with material certs to our customer, directly to their job site.  The inside width was set at 4 inches, inside depth at 9 inches, and approximately 2 inches of coarse thread was incorporated on each leg.

Larger quantities of these custom made stainless steel square u bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
