These custom slotted round metric screws were manufactured using a cold heading process mild steel material, finished with a black oxide treatment. 90-92 degree angle was incorporated underneath the head, which had an outside diameter of 13.37MM-13.80MM and overall height of 5.15MM max inclusive of the undercut portion. Full M7 X 1.0M thread was rolled to a 6G thread fit. The slotted drive was designed to 1.81MM-2.06MM width and depth of 2.5MM at minimum.
