These custom silicon bronze tamperproof security screws were manufactured with a cold formed head and snake eye drive.  Full 1/4-20 thread was rolled and the head was manufactured to customer drawing specification for height and diameter.  Samples were provided for approval prior to full production start and material certification was made available with the parts as well.
