These custom precision drilled hex nuts were manufactured domestically in the USA using DFARS compliant 303 stainless steel material with NADCAP certified passivation per AMS QQ-P-35.  Internal 5-40 2B thread fit was incorporated and two corners drilled at a .026 +/- .005" diameter.  Outside dimensions are 7/32" across the flats and .244" across corners.  Full paperwork was provided with the parts.
