We supplied our automotive manufacturing custom with these custom hardened dowel pins in SAE 52100 steel material, heat treated to reach 81.0 - 83.5 HRA.  The diameter was ground to 7.000MM +/- .005MM and the length was set to 32.0MM +/- 0.2MM.  The pins were manufactured domestically in the USA and full certs were provided with the shipment.
